Square Dance: an experimental film
This film was made under the KHM Germany exchange program. Students from various countries animated by exchanging sound tracks designed on the theme "Martian Chronicles" by Ray Bradbury.

​Concept- There is the omnipresence of a ‘grid’ in our existence; on a larger scale, the cities are planned in grids and on a smaller scale, we learn to fit out letter and numbers into grids. Were we as humans always this rigid and self restraining, or somewhere deep, do we have an existence that permeates this system? Join in, as the martian too, explores the possibilities of our existence beyond a ‘grid’.

Throughout the process we explored various mediums, especially light painting by mixing and playing with different types of lights and motion. This unconventional medium helped us convey the idea of breaking away from a grid.
